i see him across the room
laughing and flirting with the other girls
oh why can't i be one of them?
why must i be the dandelion in a field of roses?
i walk over and act like everything's fine
but every time he smiles
my heart skips a beat
and every time he cries
my heart breaks a little more
i know i should be happy that we're friends
but when you tell me i'm like a sister to you
it's like salt in the wound
and i know
i can never admit how i feel

I love that line =)
but hunnie, a dandelion in a field of roses is not necessarily a bad thing, bcuz at least you're different than them all, that means to him, they're all the same, except you, you're special =)

thank you for all the faves and your kind words, keep up the great writing!
