an Arab man shoved past the boy
he said he meant no harm
"Just a bit of motion sickness;
no reason for alarm."

he rushed into the plane's cockpit
the passengers heard shots
they didn't know what they should think
their stomachs tied in knots

the Arab man then cocks his gun
"Everybody get down!"
then a woman starts to panic
he shoots her in the crown

the gunman starts to open fire
"Everyone's gonna die!"
screams a terrified passenger
as, on the floor, she cries

their plane crashes into the sea
not finishing their quest
dying in a blaze of bright flames
their bodies laid to rest

"An empty war shall not be won."
his words are second guessed
and in the aisle of the plane
his body's laid to rest

a woman tried to stop the man
he shot her in the chest
and in her grieving sister's arms
her body's laid to rest

the ruins of the plane have fell
into the ocean's breast
so many lives just thrown away
thier souls may never rest
